Terms of Service — ShopPolicy
Last updated: 27 July 2026
1. Who we are and what this is
ShopPolicy (shoppolicy.eu) is operated by [Sašo Špacapan s.p., address — to be completed on registration], established in Slovenia; contact hello@shoppolicy.eu. ShopPolicy generates store policy documents for EU online shops from templates, personalized by AI with the answers you provide. Mandatory consumer rights under EU and national law remain unaffected by these terms.
2. Not legal advice
ShopPolicy is a template-based document generator, not a law firm. Generated documents are provided for informational purposes, are not legal advice, and do not create a lawyer–client relationship. You are responsible for reviewing documents — ideally with a qualified professional — before publishing them, and for how you use them in your shop.
3. Free tier
The returns & withdrawal policy is free: one generation per email address and IP address per day, no signup. The free document carries a short attribution line.
4. Full pack (€19, one-time)
The full pack unlocks all five documents personalized to your shop, clean export (Markdown, HTML, print/PDF), and regenerations for 30 days from purchase. Payment is processed by Stripe on their hosted checkout; prices include VAT where applicable.
5. Immediate delivery and the right of withdrawal
The full pack is digital content delivered immediately after payment. By purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal (Art. 16(m), Directive 2011/83/EU). If something goes wrong with your purchase, contact us — we want you to get what you paid for.
6. Fair use
Regenerations exist to refine your own shop's documents. Automated bulk use, resale of generated documents, or attempts to circumvent the free-tier limits are not permitted.
7. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. We are not liable for the legal sufficiency of documents you publish without review. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Slovenian law. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another EU country, you additionally enjoy the protection of the mandatory provisions of that country's law.
9. Dispute resolution
We are committed to resolving any dispute directly — contact us first at hello@shoppolicy.eu. If we cannot resolve a dispute between us, you may be able to refer it to a consumer dispute resolution (ADR) entity; the European Commission maintains a list of national dispute resolution bodies at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.
